The Lake County Democratic Environmental Caucus has signed up to participate in the Lake County Adopt-A-Lake initiative. During this activity, volunteers will participate in shoreline cleanup, water sampling, and public education. The Adopt-a-Lake volunteer sessions are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM at Tavares Recreation Park (2030 Burleigh Boulevard), with supplies provided and samples delivered to Lake County Water Labs.
